Returns & Exchanges

At The Bitch Knits, each piece is thoughtfully designed and produced with care. We hope you love your purchase, but understand that sometimes things don't work out.

Ready-to-Wear Collection

We accept returns on eligible items from our manufactured collection within 14 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return, items must be:

• Unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.

• Free of stains, odors, makeup, perfume, or signs of wear.

• Returned with all original tags attached.

Items that do not meet these conditions will not be eligible for a refund.

Handmade, Custom & Knit Kit Purchases

Due to the unique nature of our handmade and made-to-order pieces, all handmade garments, custom orders, and knit kits are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged for change of mind.

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please log in to your customer account on our website, select the order you wish to return, and submit a return request within 7 days of delivery.

Once your request has been reviewed and approved, you will receive instructions on how to return your item.

Please do not send items back without an approved return request.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are nonrefundable, except where required by law.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as The Bitch Knits is not responsible for return packages lost in transit.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of its approval status.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for your financial institution to process the refund after it has been issued.

Items returned with signs of wear, washing, damage caused after delivery, or missing original tags may be refused, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at info@thebitchknits.com as soon as possible so we can make it right.

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under applicable consumer protection laws, including any mandatory cancellation, return, or remedy rights.
