Shipping Policy

At The Bitch Knits, each piece is thoughtfully made and carefully packaged before making its way to you. Please review our shipping information below before placing your order.

Order Processing

Ready-to-ship items are typically processed within 2–5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

Processing times are separate from shipping transit times. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please note that processing times may be extended during collection launches, holidays, or periods of high order volume.

Preorders

Preorder items are purchased before they are available for immediate shipment. Estimated shipping dates are listed on the individual product pages.

For our upcoming collection, preorders are expected to begin shipping November 10, 2026.

Please note that preorder shipping dates are estimates and may be subject to change. Should a significant delay occur, we will provide an update.

Orders Containing Preorder & Ready-to-Ship Items

If your order contains both preorder and ready-to-ship items, your entire order will ship together once all items are available.

If you would like to receive your ready-to-ship items sooner, please place separate orders at checkout.

Handmade & Made-to-Order Pieces

Our handmade and custom pieces are individually created with care. Production times vary by item and are provided on the individual product pages or communicated when placing a custom order.

Please note that production time is separate from shipping time.

Domestic Shipping

We ship throughout the United States.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, package weight, and available shipping services.

Delivery estimates provided at checkout reflect carrier transit times and do not include order processing, preorder waiting periods, or made-to-order production times.

International Shipping

We are happy to offer international shipping to select destinations.

International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the destination, package weight, and available shipping services.

International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, VAT, and carrier clearance fees unless otherwise explicitly stated at checkout.

These charges are determined by the destination country's customs authorities and are not included in our shipping rates unless specifically indicated.

International delivery times may vary due to customs processing and other circumstances beyond our control.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that their delivery information is accurate and that their order can be imported into the destination country.

Tracking & Delivery

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing tracking information.

Please allow time for tracking updates to become available after your shipping label has been created.

Delivery dates are estimates provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed.

Incorrect Addresses & Undeliverable Packages

Please carefully review your shipping address before completing your purchase.

If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that changes can be made once an order has been processed or shipped.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, or because delivery was refused or import charges were unpaid, additional shipping charges may apply before it can be resent, subject to applicable consumer rights.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

If your order is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us so we can assist you.

For damaged deliveries, please retain the original packaging and provide photographs of the package and item.

We will review delivery issues on a case-by-case basis and work toward an appropriate resolution in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
